Letter From the Editor
On behalf of TheCall, I would like to thank all of you who participated and prayed for the purposes of God to unfold at Azusa Now Cleveland. As I will share in this Briefing, we believe from the Lord that together we have achieved a great victory in the spirit! If you scroll through TheCall’s Facebook Page you can view some highlights of the two-day event and skim the comments for scores of personal testimonies. However, as you probably realize, much of what was accomplished in the unseen realm will not be fully perceived in the natural for awhile. Yet, I am excited to pass along some of the prophetic feedback that God has already been sharing with us. I hope you’re encouraged, because your prayers are shaping history!

THE BRIEFING 007 - SELAH
The exact meaning of the Hebrew word “selah” is somewhat unclear, but we find it used over 70 times in the Psalms. Most theologians understand it to be a musical or liturgical directive that either means “pause to carefully weigh the meaning of what we have just heard” or “lift up your hearts in praise to God.” In response to what occurred this weekend at Azusa Now Cleveland, both of these directives are entirely fitting. It is definitely a SELAH moment!
The day before Azusa Now Cleveland, Chris Berglund had a dream that brought additional clarity to God’s playbook for our coming game day in the Quicken Loans Arena. In this dream, there were four angels that were holding large Gatorade coolers like the ones used to shower the coaches of the winning sports teams. Chris knew that these containers were full of oil and ready to be poured out, but the angels were waiting for directives from “the 4th Man in the Fire” (i.e. Jesus, as he appeared in the fiery furnace of Daniel 3.) Then, in the dream, Chris could see that all of the players on the court had “Psalm 133” printed on the front of their jerseys. The print, however, was invisible. He knew that when the oil poured down over it then Psalm 133 would be manifested.
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing - life forevermore. Psalm 133
Another detail of Chris’ dream was there were different scripture passages on the sleeves of the various players. Lou’s sleeve had Acts 8:29 on it, which is the passage where Philip joins himself to the chariot of the black man from Ethiopia.
We went into Day #1 of TheCall in Cleveland knowing we were not just gathered on the basketball court of the Cleveland Cavaliers, we were players in the courts of heaven. The actual date of July 22nd seemed to herald the courtroom dynamics of Daniel 7:22 where the Ancient of Days releases a judgment on behalf of the saints and they begin to possess the kingdom. If you participated in person, or by webstream, you would likely testify with me that we reached climactic times of intercession and decrees - particularly regarding racial union, oppression and addictions. There was a corporate sense that heaven and earth were partnering together to shift the Body of Christ into a new day of union and freedom.
Later that night, we received a dream in which the Revival Man was being named “Like-Mindedness” with Christ, now that the head had been raised. Another one of our leaders had a telling dream in which we won a major dodgeball game against our enemies as they had to play within the boundaries of the arena. Arrows and swords of truth flew out of the mouths of believers and struck our opponents. In the dream, the opponents had names like: minimizing spirit, accusation, small-mindedness, division, murder, and so on.
After the second day of healings, salvations and deliverance, one of our leaders had a dream in which He encountered a demonic principality who admitted to him that we had won here in Cleveland. Meanwhile, a leader in Ohio dreamed over the weekend that Saint John was working as a blacksmith forging a spiritual weapon. He kept saying "Strike while the iron is hot!" as he would strike the fiery red metal he was forging.
A testimony of visible breakthrough was relayed to us by one of our leader’s teenage daughters. She and a friend had the chance to pray for a young woman in the crowd who was asking the Lord to heal the scars she had on her arms from self-cutting. As the girls prayed for her forearms, the obvious scars suddenly disappeared before their eyes! They all burst into tears of rejoicing at this undeniable demonstration of God’s miraculous and extravagant love.
Another visible sign was shared by the mother of one of the worship leaders at the event. She texted: There's a veteran’s cemetery in the boonies of Oklahoma and about 100 people went out (Saturday) to clean it up. It had been neglected for YEARS!! Turns out there were veterans as far back as the Civil War, but even worse was the fact that a fence went straight down the center of the cemetery dividing WHITE SOLDIERS from the BLACK SOLDIERS… Altogether those 100 people took that fence down and declared the kingdom of God over that place and our nation. The beauty is that timewise this was happening at the same time Will (Ford) and Matt (Lockett) where releasing their decrees for our nation.
We believe that God poured his grace upon us in Cleveland, Ohio and that Psalm 133 is going to be increasingly manifest as the corporate Revival Man continues to rise. May every barrier that has divided the Body of Christ be fully removed until even the scars are washed away in His healing flow. It’s time for God’s people to advance together and possess the land!
