058 - God Does Not Lie
As the year 2020 quickly approaches, we find ourselves identifying with 2 Chronicles 20:20 and the circumstances that led to King Jehoshaphat’s proclamation:
Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established;
believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.
At the time, the Israelites were surrounded by enemies that were seemingly too great for them. In the midst of those threatening circumstances, the word of the Lord to His people commanded them to go out against their enemies and to trust in His salvation. They had to choose to believe what God had prophesied or to accept imminent defeat. They believed. They obeyed. And God won the day.
Today we too have been given some very clear prophetic insight into God’s glorious plans and purposes for our nation. Yet, if we are to inherit the promises, we must heed the word of the Lord and wage war accordingly.
President Trump
Impeachment: Yesterday, the first day of the public impeachment hearings, was exactly one year to the day that Sadhu Selvaraj received an angelic visitation warning the Church to pray against impeachment. He was clearly told, "It is not the plan of God for him (President Trump) to be removed.” Please revisit our Briefing from November 14, 2018 for the details of this encounter and for directives on how to pray.
Protection and Re-election: Chris Berglund recently dreamed into very specific political maneuverings leading up to the next presidential elections. He was shown that Hilary Clinton was disguised on the sidelines and looking for a chance to enter the race. Meanwhile, he was told in the dream, “Only Trump can defeat Trump.” We understand that God has apportioned a season of grace for America in which the president is to serve another four-year term. Therefore, we must continue to gird President Trump in prayer that he might fulfill the purposes for which he was brought into office and not disqualify himself from God’s plan.
Pray for the President:
- To be kept from pride and deception and remain in submission to God’s will for the nation
- That individuals with ill intent would be exposed and removed from around him
- That every scheme of darkness against the president would not prosper
- For those assigned by God to serve with President Trump to be delivered from evil and preserved from corruption
Witchcraft - We continue to be warned of the role of witchcraft in an all-out assault against the president. November 23rd has been exposed as a strategic day in the camps of darkness. Please stand with us in countering this attack with high praise, prayers of protection, and authoritative decrees as demonstrated in a profound dream that we shared in The Briefing 026.
The U.S. Supreme Court
Ever since the first Briefing was published in June 2017, we have shared revelation after revelation of God's intent to reform our nation’s highest court in preparation for the overturning of Roe V. Wade. In recent weeks we have received additional dreams highlighting Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and God’s desire to encounter her with grace and remove her from the court. Please join us in an intensified focus of prayer for Justice Ginsburg's salvation and deliverance (see The Briefing 029) even as we release God’s judgments on behalf of the unborn.
Revival and Awakening
Just a few weeks ago, Chris Berglund also had a remarkable dream in which he saw Aimee Semple McPherson stretching her hand across the nation to Ruth Heflin in Virginia. Ruth then stretched her other hand out to Derek Prince who was positioned in Boston. Derek stretched his arm over to Jack Hayford in LA. Jack's arm stretched out to John G. Lake in Spokane, Washington. Lake reached to someone else way up in Maine. The dream went on and on, involving more people than Chris could remember. The outstretched arms criss-crossed the nation making what was referred to as, "the biggest net the nation has ever seen!” As Chris watched these ones in the dream, they all kept saying, "God does not lie.” He knew they were referencing Titus 1:2 "In hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began."
Dreams like this, along with accumulating testimonies of newly transformed lives (like Kanye West), remind us that in the midst of great political and social upheaval, God is on the move. Let us take Him at His word and use it like a hammer to destroy the works of the enemy and loose the angels of the Lord to do His bidding.
For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. 2 Cor 1:20
