113 - A Time For Judgement
Letter From the Editor:
In just a few days, a remnant of believers will gather at the Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs in response to a divine summons. Many others will join via livestream. I encourage you, if you can, to be here in person. It’s not that often that God calls His people to a solemn assembly, holy to the Lord. Meanwhile, today’s Briefing shares the latest prophetic insights that we are stewarding together in prayer leading up to the event. Even if you are not able to participate on Saturday, the prophetic insights below will help you to enter into what God is doing in this hour. Let’s be part of His ekklesia through whom these purposes can come into being.

A Time For Judgment
As I continued to watch, thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took His seat… The court was seated, and the books were opened. Daniel 7:9,10
The beginnings of a matter are important. Legalized abortion began in Colorado. The initial piece of legislation that decriminalized abortion, was signed into law in the spring of 1967, shortly before the Summer of Love. Over the next several years, eighteen other states followed suit. Government sanctioned bloodshed was seeping into the soil of our nation once again, as it had in the days of slavery and the massacres of our Native peoples. Then, in 1973, when the gavel fell on Roe v. Wade, a floodgate was opened wide. For the first time in American history, the legalized bloodshed of innocents was unleashed in every state of the Union, from sea to shining sea. This year on June 24th, the true Summer of Love began. Roe v. Wade was reversed at the federal level and the tide of abortion was turned all the way back to the timeframe between 1967 and 1973. Now, we have come to the root of where it all began… Colorado.
We have great anticipation for the Communion Colorado gathering this Saturday. God has specifically confirmed to us through the testimony of two witnesses, that Psalm 50 and Daniel 7:22 are key to the purpose at hand on October 8th. The Judge of all the earth has summoned us to join Him in a heavenly courtroom proceeding. Therefore, let us come together in unwavering faith that we are found blameless in Christ, and have been established in Him as priests and co-heirs of the Father’s kingdom. Together, we will plead Jesus’ broken body and spilled blood that is greater than every offense and accusation involving Colorado and the nation.
He summons the heavens above, and the earth, that He may judge His people: “Gather to Me My consecrated ones, who made a covenant with Me by sacrifice…. and to the blameless I will show My salvation.” Psalm 50:4-5,23
“Until the Ancient of Days came, and a judgment was made in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came for the saints to possess the kingdom.” Daniel 7:22
We also know that the Lord of Armies is setting His Communion table for us in this Zion gathering at America’s Mountain, Pikes Peak. This suggests that from the place of communing with Christ over what He accomplished at the cross, we will not only judge demonic rulers, but we will go to war with HIm to plunder their spoils.
Recently, as we have been praying and fasting in preparation for this day, one of our young adults had a dream. In her dream, she and her husband, along with another intercessor, had been trapped inside a video game for 22 years. They finally made it to the last level, which was Horton Hears A Who. There, they were searching throughout a house to find JoJo.
For those who are not familiar with Dr. Seuss’ book or its significance to the history of our prayer movement, we recommend you take a few minutes to read The Briefing 099 - The Kangaroo Court. It explains more about JoJo, the young character near the end of the book, who had to hurry to the highest place in the city to make his voice heard. If he hadn’t done so, all the Who’s in Whoville would have been destroyed by the antagonist of the story, which happened to be a big Kangaroo.
The Kangaroo didn’t believe the Who’s were to be protected, because they were so small that he couldn’t see them or hear them. However, JoJo’s voice tipped the scale and the kangaroo could finally recognize the Who’s for who they were. The theme of the story has a powerful analogy to abortion and the children in the womb. It’s lesson is that “A person’s a person, no matter how small.”
The initial “Horton Hears a Who” dream came at the beginning of our prayer movement for the ending of abortion (Bound4Life). This latest Horton dream has come now, after the overturning of Roe, at what is potentially the “last level” of the ekklesia’s battle to save the nation. It’s time for the eradication of legalized bloodshed in all 50 states.
Lou Engle’s interpretation of this dream is that there has been a whole generation trapped in a fantasy world of deception. They have lived in a false reality, not understanding the truth of God’s perspective on abortion, gay marriage, transgenderism, etc. But fortunately, there has also been an ekklesia in this generation, represented by the three young adult intercessors who were searching through the house.
Twenty-two years is exactly how long it’s been since TheCall began with 400,000 young people gathering to the Mall in Washington, D.C. to pray for the ending of abortion and the turning of our nation back to God. The number 22 has also been a significant number throughout our prophetic history in regards to Isaiah 22:22. This passage tells of God shifting the power base from the unrighteous leader Shebna, to a man named Eliakim, who would be a true father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem. We too find ourselves in need of such a shift governmentally in Colorado and in the nation.
The last part of this dream was quite impactful along these lines. Lou has often referenced “JoJo,” in Horton Hears a Who, as being a “Josiah.” In the Bible, King Josiah had influence at a very young age. He ascended to the throne of Israel upon his father’s death when he was only eight years old and he reigned for thirty-one years. In light of Communion Colorado, we were drawn to the fact that King Josiah held one of the greatest Passovers Israel had ever known. Centuries later, Jesus became our Passover Lamb and He inaugurated the first Communion service during the Passover Meal that he shared with His disciples on the night he was betrayed.
There had been no Passover kept in Israel like that since the days of Samuel the prophet; and none of the kings of Israel had kept such a Passover as Josiah kept, with the priests and the Levites, all Judah and Israel who were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem. 2 Chronicles 35:18
As we were praying into the Josiah theme, one of our leaders was moved with revelation, saying, “We’re looking for JoJo, a Josiah, who was an actual king. This may be showing our need for a ‘king,’ a righteous ruler, in the highest place of influence at both the state and national level.” This fanned the flames of our intercession to shift the coming elections. We also noted that it was in 2 Kings 22:2 that Josiah is described as a godly king who completely followed the ways of his father David. To the contrary, Psalm 2:2 tells of unrighteous leaders: “The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together, against the LORD and against His Anointed One.”
We are confident that God’s agenda for this upcoming gathering is to judge demonic rulers in the heavenly realms. When Jesus was on his way to the cross he said, “Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out.” On Saturday, as we partake in Communion and declare the victory of the cross, we are expecting there will be spiritual powers and principalities that will be dethroned. Then, directly connected with these demonic rulers, are men and women who have aligned themselves with wickedness and cast off the restraints of God’s commands. Let’s contend for their thrones to be shaken as well and for righteous leaders to be lifted up in this hour.
On another level, we have also been praying for a young JoJo generation. May a great remnant of millennials and Gen Z-ers, come out of the defilement of this culture, and be set apart as nazirites in our day. Throughout the biblical history of Israel, nazirites always came on the scene when God wanted to bring about a shift in the nation, or even a shift in an era. The nazirite Samuel was the last of the prophets and he ushered in the kings of Israel. John the Baptist, also a nazirite, prepared the way for Jesus to begin His earthly ministry. This generation of nazirites may well be those who usher in the second return of King Jesus.
So, we invite you to join us in these themes of intercession as we each prepare to take our place in this courtroom gathering on Saturday. We will be seated together with Christ, the One to whom all authority in heaven and on earth has been given (Mt 28:18.) We will plead His very blood over the root of bloodshed in Colorado. This could be the beginning of the end of abortion.
