126 - The Elijah Fast

It’s not too late to join us in our 40-day fast from now until we gather at our state capitols on April 13th. God is stirring a groundswell of intercession to redeem America and raise a standard for Israel and the nations of the earth. We value your engagement with us. THE ELIJAH FAST

In his hour of greatest weakness, under the threat of Jezebel’s murderous decree, Elijah journeyed into the wilderness in 40 days of fasting. There, on the mountain of the Lord, he was given authority to shift the government of the nation. God was turning the hearts of His people. He was judging the sexual immorality and idolatry of Baal worship throughout the land. But for Israel to fully return to the Lord, the spiritual revival had to be accompanied by systemic reformation. Out of the fast came the future of the nation. The prophet inaugurated the new. This too is our purpose in this hour of prophetic intercession.
Then the Lord said to him: “Go, return on your way to the Wilderness of Damascus; and when you arrive, anoint Hazael as king over Syria. Also you shall anoint Jehu the son of Nimshi as king over Israel. And Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel Meholah you shall anoint as prophet in your place." 1 Kings 19:15-16
We are seven months out from the Day of Atonement on October 12th, 2024. We believe God has marked it as a day of decision for America. Will we cross over into our prophetic destiny as a nation? Or will we be swept away in the present flood of iniquity and anti-christ ideologies? Every man and every woman has a voice before the throne. We invite you to contend with us over the following prayer focuses from now to the gathering of A Million Women on the National Mall.

1. A MILLION ESTHERS
We are praying the prophecy from 2014, that a million women would gather in D.C. in the spirit of Jeremiah 9 as a ‘Last Stand’ to save America. Join us in calling them forth from the North, the South, the East and the West as we believe together for a supernatural mobilization of Esthers. May the deep groanings of intercession be stirred even now and culminate in a true birthing of salvations and marked shiftings on October 12th.
2. THE ELECTIONS
On the first night of the fast, we received dreams of President Trump. We were reminded of a former dream after the 2020 election, in which we were instructed to pray and wait for Psalm 35 to be fulfilled. This psalm was written by King David to invoke God’s vindication when he was being attacked and wrongly accused by his enemies. It may have been written when Absalom had usurped David’s throne. We are praying for God to judge over the judges in President Trump’s legal battles and that the witchcraft against him will be broken.
Chris Berglund dreamed recently that we were getting on Airforce One together with countless spiritual sons and daughters to engage the battle in the heavens over the presidency. We can’t have a president who is imposing transgender policies upon our children. Nate Johnson also dreamed that dogs had dug up Jezebel in the White House. She mocked him and said “I’ve taken the high places.” But Nate laughed in return and said, “We’re going to throw you out the window again.” From now to November, we must uphold the rod of the Lord’s authority over the election process, over President Trump, and over the U.S. Congress.
3. THE LATTER RAIN
We believe we have come to the threshold of long-awaited promises and we’re contending for the release of the latter rains of revival. Lou Engle once dreamed of huge, powerful cannons of God, but they were completely entwined in a jungle by an old man with an old cart. Suddenly, violent warriors descended upon the man and ejected him and his cart with tremendous force so that the guns of God could go forth. Immediately the scene changed and a scroll unfolded which read, “In yet 40 days I will send the rain!” The 40-day fast is an act of spiritual violence. Let’s unite like those mighty warriors to see a breakthrough of historic awakening and revival.
4. 100,000 LGBT
In 1989 Bob Jones had a heavenly encounter where he saw 100,000 people in the LGBTQ community being saved, healed and delivered as the first wave of the coming revival. Last year, Lou Engle prayed for a dream that would give him an entrance to the fulfillment of this prophetic promise. That night he dreamed of the term “delta factor”. He awoke from the dream and prayed for another dream to interpret what delta factor meant. He fell asleep again and was told, “A delta factor is a leader of a million”. We believe the dream points to A Million Women travailing in prayer with their husbands and families to birth salvation and transformation for this broken and lost generation, among whom are 100K LGBTQ. Delta means CHANGE!
Meanwhile, we are taking our stand daily and declaring the victory of Jesus’ blood over the Ishtar spirit, the goddess of sexual immorality, pornography, homosexuality and transgenderism. May the Lord rebuke this principality over this generation of sons and daughters and pour out His Spirit on a people so longing for freedom. 5. THE GREAT COMMUNION BLOOD REVIVAL
On the Day of Atonement, the High Priest would go through the veil into the Holy of Holies and sprinkle the Blood on the Mercy Seat for the sins of the nation. That one day, as the blood was applied, determined whether or not the nation would enter judgment. We have been believing and praying for the Great Communion Revival for twenty years. On October 12th, Yom Kippur, hundreds of thousands will hold a glorious Communion Service and lift up the Blood of the Lamb over America, from around the world. Could the veil that covers our nation be removed in measure? We believe! When Jesus cried “It is finished!”, the heavens were shaken and powers of hell were dislodged from their thrones and cast down.
Part of this Esther Call is to break the witchcraft that is fueling the false ideologies sweeping into America from its Haman-type governmental leaders and elites. On October 12th, there’s going to be a moment where we decree the victory of the blood over that witchcraft. Clearly we are in a war in the heavens and on the earth, and to the victor goes the soul of the nation. Pray for the Great Communion Revival!
6. DON’T MESS WITH OUR KIDS
We must take a stand for our children. We need nothing less than a revolution in America and in the nations of the earth. We are praying Luke 1:17, that God would pour out something stronger than the rebellion. We are believing for Esthers to arise, get their voices back, and to go before school boards and invade every sphere of influence. We are calling a three-day Esther Fast, April 11-13. Women, on 4/13 go with your families to your state capitols to hold Communion and prepare to be a voice that transcends the natural realm, declaring “Don’t mess with our kids!”
7. ISRAEL
This Esther movement must progress from a million women on the Mall to a million Esthers virtually on the Wailing Wall for Israel. We are praying and believing for a ministry house of women in Jerusalem who will pray daily at the Western Wall, but also for a mass mobilization of intercession against the Haman spirit at work through Hamas and through global anti-semitism. Let’s agree together for the Bride of Christ to arise as a global Esther at the end of the age, preparing for His return, praying for the salvation of the Jewish people, and contending for the peace of Jerusalem.
